Currently serving as one of your Commissioners. The responsibilities of this position is to provide direction in long term planning, sound fiscal management, administration, setting policy for the District, and carefully balancing the need to provide low rates and a well maintained infrastructure.     The advent of new and more restrictive federal and state regulations covering sewer and water, will mean challenging times for the District over the next several years.     As a 35 year resident and rate payer of Shoreline, and accomplished business executive now retired, I'm keenly interested in providing all rate payers with responsible collection rates.  I remain active in local and regional organizations which work hard to protect the rate payer's interest from unreasonable and unrealistic treatment rates.  As well as, new regulations that will effect our rates.     Please re-elect Arnold H.
