    • Mike Colasurdo is a lifelong resident of the Burien area. Mike and his wife, Virginia, have four grown children. • Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War. • Retired educator with a BA in education and business. • Master program in school administration. • Experienced in construction including sewer construction. • Owns and operates a business. • Constantly attends sewer meetings. • Member of the sewer district advisory committee. • Former commissioner of the now dissolved Water District #61. • Member of North Highline Governance Committee.

    Mike is running because of the arrogance, waste and inequities he has observed and uncovered. This is the ratepayer’s opportunity to put an end to the “good old boys” type of management that has cost the ratepayers dearly.

    Mike is honest and dedicated. Electing Mike will supply the vote needed to put an end to the raids on the ratepayer’s pocketbook. Mike will look out for your best interest. Mike will appreciate your vote!

LUTZ

    Dave Lutz is the candidate for the ratepayers of Southwest Suburban Sewer District. Dave is concerned about honest, ethical behavior, sound management policies and affordable rates. Dave, as a local businessman and contractor, has the knowledge, ability and leadership we need for a Commissioner.

    Dave's concern about ethical behavior is well-founded. Dave adamantly opposed the cronyism involved in the recent five-member Board campaign. Dave is raising his family here and wants to see a change in our political environment. As a Commissioner, Dave will ensure that we have honest, ethical behavior at our District.

    Southwest Suburban Sewer District needs Dave Lutz. We need an honest, hardworking individual who will not give away District funds or stand still while our rates go up. We need Dave Lutz. Dave Lutz is currently a Commissioner at Water District No. 49.
