MURESAN

David Muresan has lived in Lake Forest Park since 1992.  He soon became a very well-known person because of his creativity, his hard-working personality, his righteousness as well as because he has a great respect for the community.  He is an Electrotechnical Engineer and a universal inventor.  He has three patents:  two in electric motors and one in computer electronics.  He respects nature's wonderful laws as well as society's laws.  He considers that society's laws are not respected entirely and his decision to run for Lake Forest Park City Councilman will allow him to detect cases where the law is applied partially or ignored and to bring those cases before the City Council.  He will be your 24 hours connection with the City Council.

PETHE

City Council members are our city's guardians.  I have the commitment and leadership ability to be one of those guardians.

Ongoing challenges are:  • Living in harmony with our stunning environment.  • Site an assisted living center for our senior citizens.  • Develop a centrally located playground/teen activity area where our kids can safely congregate.  • Maintain affordable property tax.

Some challenges we will face in the next four years:  • Successful management of the city's real estate portfolio.  • Expand accessibility to city documents through electronic means.  • Hire a new police chief and make community policing more visible.  • Categorize and post community service projects which will benefit the city.  • Improve citywide emergency preparedness.

I have been active in our community for the past 15 years.  Please let me represent you on the city council.
