Ballot counting nears end, results posted

The King County Elections tabulation team counted 703 additional absentee ballots and 82 provisional ballots today.

Absentee ballots received in the mail each day will be posted online at 8 p.m. Learn more by visiting the absentee return statistics page at http://www.metrokc.gov/elections/abstats/.

King County election results will be posted weekdays by 4:30 p.m. To view election results from the Feb. 19 election, visit http://www.metrokc.gov/elections/200802/results.asp.
