Charles J. DELAURENTI, II
Judge Delaurenti graduated from Renton High School, Seattle University, and Gonzaga School of Law. Judge Delaurenti was admitted to the Bar Association in 1969, served as Law Clerk for Chief Justice Robert T. Hunter (Washington State Supreme Court), as a King County Prosecutor (Criminal/Juvenile/Civil Divisions). Judge Delaurenti was appointed to the bench on 8 February, 1982, and has since served as one of the elected judges in the Renton Division. Judge Delaurenti has served as past President of the King County District Court Judges' Association, past Dean of the state Judicial College, and been actively involved in Judicial education. Judge Delaurenti currently serves on the state Board of the District/Municipal Judges' Association, the Executive Committee of the King County District Court Judges' Association, and is the current Chair of the state Board for Court Education. Judge Delaurenti is active in the community in which he has lived all of his life. Judge Delaurenti is married to Jeanette and they have two grown children.
