How to Track Points

 

You have decided that you are up for the Challenge!

You have set a goal, one which is realistic but will also be a challenge to meet.

Now it’s time to start tracking your points.

Points add up fast. Every little bit counts from the 15 minute stretch break to the banana you eat as a mid-morning snack.

Tracking Points - (Point Tracker will be available by July 14)

Using the Point Tracker will make it easier for you to track your points and submit them to your Team Captain. You simply enter your points daily and the tracker does the rest!

Download this Excel Spreadsheet to your computer for an easy and quick point tracking tool. Your Point Tracker has a worksheet for every week of the challenge (see the tabs at the bottom of the worksheet). You can also print the pages for your records.

Enter your goal on the worksheet for week 1 of the Challenge as a reminder of the number of points you are working toward.

For those of you who would prefer to track your points on paper, download the Point Tracker - Print Version (pdf). Be sure to turn in your sheets to your Team Captain by 5 PM on Mondays.
