More About Vision
The following information does not apply if you're a deputy sheriff – your vision benefits are included under your your medical plan.
If you're a regular or full-time Local 587 employee, or a part-time Local 587 employee in the Full Benefits Plan, the county pays for a separate vision plan for you and the eligible family members you enroll. If you're a part-time Local 587 employee in the Partial Benefits Plan, the county pays a portion of your monthly vision premium and you pay the full cost of family coverage.
