The Weight Watchers At Work® program leader acts as a liaison for the onsite Weight Watchers program. The leader is a paid employee of Weight Watchers. Note: A King County employee can not be Weight Watchers leader for a King County Weight Watchers At Work program meeting.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the leader are to:

  • Facilitate Weight Watchers At Work meetings
  • Customize the meeting, as appropriate, for the group
  • Provide Weight Watchers program materials
  • Make available optional products to support members in weight loss
  • Offer individual assistance to members as requested
  • Collect payment and record series attendance and statistics
