King County Weight Watchers at Work Testimonials
“Weight Watchers has helped support my goals to get healthy.”
Anonymous“It’s nice to try on clothes that once didn’t fit and now they do and even are too big. Being able to buy a smaller size also is great!”

“My confidence is heightened because I am not looking at a frumpy person who is dying to lose. I am looking at somebody who has a goal and is achieving her goal.”
Anonymous“I am having fun because I feel better about me. I want to go shopping, I want to go out more, and I feel good when I am there, not self conscience.”

Anonymous“I joined weight watchers because I wasn't willing to buy another size larger in my clothes. In addition to reaching my goal weight and eating healthier, I am able to fit comfortably into a smaller-sized wardrobe, sleeping better, experiencing less back pain and I can now tie my shoes without holding my breath! If you are ready to make the commitment, Weight Watchers provides a very doable program, convenient locations and support.”
Sherry C.“Of all the so-called "diets" out there, this is one that is recommended by both physicians and Healthy Incentives℠. It really helps to have a group to share weight-loss tips with -- as well as pitfalls -- on your way to weight loss. Also, the group is a great morale booster for when you do lose weight!”
djp“I've lost 8 pounds since the middle of March, which is pretty amazing because I had foot surgery on March 31st that limited my walking. The Weight Watchers at Work Program meetings and the informative reference materials have made me a lot more conscious about food choices. Now that my foot is healing and I can exercise more, I look forward to building on my progress over the summer months. My only complaint is that the WW meetings need a larger meeting space.”

“As a senior manager in a division, wife, and mother of a toddler (16 months) and a teenager (15 years), spare time is a luxury that I will not have for several years. Despite my desire to lose the pregnancy weight, I was leaning towards other programs which did not require meetings. Once I learned Weight Watchers @ Work was a component of the new Health Reform Initiative, I waited for the kick off day. I am pleased to report that I have kicked my 3x a week burger and fries habit and replaced it with healthy salads, fresh fruit and vegetables. To date, I have lost 15 pounds and we still have two additional sessions. The best part of this plan is that I still eat what I want. I choose to eat smaller portions of high calorie foods and to “treat” myself less often. The plan does not encourage deprivation. Instead, it rewards thoughtful and planned consumption.”
L.P.“Family and work fill my time, making it hard to get to a neighborhood WW meeting. With WW at Work, the meetings come to me! I’ve been more conscientious about my eating and I’m almost at my weight goal! “
M.S."I was told by my Doctor that my blood sugar was high and she was concerned that my weight was a contributing factor, she told me to lose now. I had attended WW before and I knew that was the only way I could do it but when I get home from work at night the nearest meeting was too far and too late so I did not join. THEN WW at work was introduced and it is so simple. We attend on our designated lunch break we have our coworkers there with us for support. We are in this together and office potlucks are even guilt free because the recipes are all WW friendly."
