Develop a network of business resources for startup and expanding Eastside businesses with a focus on under-served businesses. Strengthening relationships among service providers and offering multiple locations to access business services.

The Bellevue Entrepreneur Center (BEC) is a partnership of local governments (including King County), higher education and private enterprise providing resources to help small businesses succeed.
Through dedicated business counselors, community resources from Bellevue Community College, University of Washington-Bothell and City University, the BEC is able to offer a wealth of services to local small businesses at no cost to the business.
These services include: business assistance, licensing, networking and technology/education. The BEC also provides seminars and trainings on key business topics as well as referrals to training counseling and financial institutions.
