Community Capital Development

Community Capital Development (CCD) is an umbrella agency that provides a wide range of business assistance and business loans through a variety of programs.

Business assistance, classes, and seminars cover such topics as:

  • Business plan development or improvement
  • Goal formation and achievement
  • Personnel management, hiring, and staff development
  • Marketing Assistance
  • Sales staff management
  • Accounting system design and evaluation
  • Financial planning and budgeting
  • Preparing loan and investor packages
  • Contract Procurement Assistance
