New King County licensing subagency to open in Covington

People in the Covington/Maple Valley area now have the convenient option of renewing their vehicle registrations, transferring titles, trip permits and applying for disabled placards at King County's new licensing subagency in the Covington Square Shopping Center. Next week King County 's first new vehicle/vessel licensing subagency in 20 years will open in the Covington/Maple Valley area.

Valley Vehicle Licensing will be open for customers on Nov. 14, 2005, at 9 am. It is conveniently located in the Covington Square Shopping Center just east of Safeway and RiteAide, at 27331-172 nd Ave. SE, #116. The hours of operation will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday hours will be 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday hours will be 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The telephone number is 253-630-7090.
