The Finance and Business Operations Division provides a variety of services to the residents of King County, many of the independent governments in the County and to other King County departments.

Our services include the billing, collection and distribution of all property taxes within the County; providing treasury management and financial services to school districts, fire districts, water and sewer districts, the Port of Seattle, and a number of services districts within the County; and accounting, payroll, procurement and contract management services to County departments.

We strive to provide accurate and timely services to all of our customers. The goal of this web site is to provide our customers with an easy-to-use, up-to-date and helpful format for obtaining information about our services. This site supplements our other information services, including our customer service phone lines and providing information in written formats to citizens, other governmental agencies and County departments.
