MEETINGS OF THE DISABILITY BOARD
are held monthly on the last Wednesday of each month from 9 a.m. to noon in Conference Room 118 on the first floor of The Chinook Building at 401 Fifth Ave. in downtown Seattle.

ALL BOARD MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Attendance at all Board meetings is open to any member of the public, any LEOFF-I member or LEOFF-I employer. A time for public comment is scheduled for each meeting at 9:15 a.m. Anyone wishing to make comments to the Board may do so at that time.

ATTENDANCE TO APPEAL A DENIED CLAIM: A claimant may wish to appear before the Board to appeal a Board decision. To do so, a claimant must submit a request for reconsideration in writing to the Board within 14 days of notification of the Board's decision. Upon receipt of a written request, the Board will set a hearing date and time for the next available Board meeting. At the scheduled hearing, the member and/or member's representative may present additional information or testimony. Hearings are not open to the public.
