The mission of Payroll Systems and Operations Section (PSO) is to provide employees and their families with timely, accurate, comprehensive and integrated human resource and payroll programs.

There are two work units operating under PSO:

- Payroll Operations
- Payroll Systems Support and Development.

These work units collaborate to achieve the following goals:

Provide agencies with cost effective payroll services.
Maximize Revenue Collection and investment opportunities.
Ensure compliance with Federal and State Local Regulations.
Provide internal customers with consulting expertise.
Achieve greater efficiency.
