Consortium
The
most important elements of
the TNET architecture
are local partner agencies that
participate in the TNET
Consortium. Each partner agency
has an equal
voice in the TNET Consortium,
which manages interactions between
participating agencies and defines
the system requirements and capabilities.
The TNET concept has
been presented to many King County
cities. Response
has been universally favorable;
however, several cities maintain
geographic
data in CAD environments and
would most likely participate
only in data sharing and not
in data maintenance. King County
Transit will perform maintenance
tasks using shared data for agencies
not participating.
