Leadership Levels

Starting this year, employees may donate time in addition to making a donation through their paycheck.

Employees may donate a minimum of 4 and up to a maximum of 40 hours to a single nonprofit organization of their choice during the workplace charitable campaign. Employees with excess hours that cannot be carried into the next calendar year may donate more than 40 hours.

“The net cash value of your time donation after all mandatory withholdings will be donated to the nonprofit organization you designate. Like donations made through payroll deductions, the net cash value of your donation is tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

Now you have three ways of earning Leadership Level gifts: By making a direct donation, pledging a donation through payroll, and making a time donation. Click here to determine your leadership level. “
