Many adults spend much of their day at work. Finding ways to get physical activity during work hours can help you make it a regular part of your daily routine. Work is also a great place to form support networks with others who want to get more physical activity in their life. Many people find that walking during lunch or other breaks is a great way to increase activity levels, boost their energy and relieve stress. Here are some tips to help you get started:
