KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON - Public Health Seattle & King County announces the availability of the 2006-2007 HIV/AIDS Prevention/Education funding application package. All agencies interested in receiving Prevention/Education funds through Public Health must participate in this competitive application process which will result in allocation of Prevention/Education funds in King County for the period January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2007.
The estimated amount available for the 24 month period of this competitive allocation process is $3 million dollars. Assumptions about the availability of funds may be subject to change.
Staff will review the application packet and offer technical assistance to applicant agencies at a Bidders Conference on Tuesday, May 10th from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. in Community Room B of the 2100 Building (2100 24th Avenue South at Walker). All potential applicants are strongly encouraged to attend, as this Request for Proposal (RFP) contains several changes from previous funding cycles.
Applications are due by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 17, 2005.
