- Public Health's WIC Program
Nutrition program for women, infants and children
- The Seattle Nutrition Action Consortium (SNAC)
SNAC's mission is to improve the health and nutritional well being of limited income families with children in the Greater Seattle area.
- Child Care Health Program
Offers health promotion and disease prevention services to child care facilities throughout Seattle and King County including onsite consultation about health policies, immunizations, communicable disease control, nutrition, child development and child behavioral issues.
- Diabetes REACH Program
The mission of the REACH 2010 Coalition is to reduce diabetes health disparities experienced by communities of color.
- Breastfeeding is Best for You and Your Baby
Resources and support for breastfeeding. Includes 14 key factsheets, links to local area services, and glossary of terms.
- Healthy Eating for Healthy Aging (HEHA)
The goal of Healthy Eating for Healthy Aging (HEHA) is to improve the nutrition choices made by King County residents through education, partnership and program development.
