WORK LOCATION: Chinook Building, 2nd Floor, 401 5th Ave, Seattle, WA 98104

 

WORK SCHEDULE: This position is exempt from the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, and is not overtime eligible.  This position is paid on a bi-weekly schedule, every other Thursday, comprising a 40-hour workweek; normally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m.  May be required to work extended and/or flex scheduled work hours to respond to service needs.

 

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP(S): This position reports to the Payroll Systems and Operations Section Manager through a lead structure, and works closely with other Functional Analysts as well as Technical Analysts reporting to a matrixed HR/IT Manager.  The team provides functional support to the client users and works with the technical team to ensure that the systems are set up to perform expected processes.

 

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: The position’s primary responsibility is to provide functional support for King County’s payroll, HR, Benefits and other related systems by working with a team of functional and technical analysts to support King County’s HR/Payroll functions.  Primary job duties include:

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: 

 

NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:  Washington State Driver’s License or the ability to travel throughout the County in a timely manner is required.  Ability to occasionally lift & transport computer related equipment.
