WORK LOCATION: King County Administration Building, 500 4th Avenue, Room 320, Seattle, WA 98104.
WORK SCHEDULE: This position is exempt from the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, and is not overtime eligible. The workweek is normally 40 hours, Monday through Friday.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Supervises Capital Project Managing Supervisors and/or Capital Project Managers and provide strategic and engineering oversight to the planning, design and construction of large and small capital projects within assigned divisions within King County. Work typically involves a broad scope of engineering, architectural, construction management and project management responsibilities for the design and construction of facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Washington State architect or engineer license. Valid Washington State Driver’s License or the ability to travel throughout the county in a timely manner.
