Unless otherwise duly noted for Motion (see CrRLJ 8.2 and CRLJ 6 and 7), all requests to continue pre-trial hearings, motions, trial dates and/or other final dispositions will require the agreement of both parties before such request will be submitted to a judge for approval. The court will not continue a trial date or other final disposition beyond the applicable time for trial under CrRLJ 3.3 without a signed speedy trial waiver.
Requests for continuance of dates set for review/revocation may be made by letter or written motion filed with the court and will be submitted to the judge off the record for approval without the advance agreement of the opposing party. {Adopted effective September 1, 1996}
