The Annual Report Process
Each year the CTR law requires employers to complete an Employer Annual Report and Program Description form. This is your opportunity to report the program elements your company used to promote alternatives to driving alone, the progress made toward meeting CTR goals, and your plan for the upcoming year.

Prior to your annual report due date you’ll receive a reminder and an Employer Annual Report and Program Description form. You may also download the form. Contact your King County Metro Employer Transportation Representative (ETR) any time to find out your Annual Report due date.

Not submitting your Employer Annual Report and Program Description form is a violation of the CTR Law. If you need more time to complete your company's annual program report, contact your ETR prior to your due date to request an extension.

Your ETR will work with your jurisdiction to review your Annual Report.
