City of Bothell Mandatory CTR Elements 

The following information about program elements must be included in the Employer Program Report:

  1. Transportation Coordinator

    Name

    Location

    Telephone number
  1. Information Distribution

    At least once a year and at the time of hire

    Include alternatives to single-occupancy vehicle (SOV) commuting

    Include summary of program elements
  1. Additional Program Elements

    Ridematch program

    At least one additional element of the employer's choice must be selected from the following list:
  2. TMA membership
  3. Parking management programs
  4. Telecommuting
  5. Modified work schedule
  6. Enhanced promotions and marketing of program elements
  7. Guaranteed ride home program
  8. Subsidized custom bus service to worksite
  9. Subsidized bus passes and/or ridesharing
  10. Fleet ride program
  11. Provide vans for shuttles or vanpools
  12. Subsidize vanpool, carpool, pedestrian and/or bicyclists
  13. Preferential parking for high-occupancy vehicles (HOV) and bicycles.
