Members
General information
The Transit Advisory Committee currently has 13 members. Nine members are nominated by the King County Council, with each councilmember nominating one individual. The remaining positions are at-large positions appointed by the King County Executive. Each member serves a two-year term. Members must be frequent transit riders, and the committee’s membership overall must reflect the diversity and geographic distribution of County residents. Members are appointed by the Executive and confirmed by the Council.
