About the intersection
Andover Parkway E. at S. 180th St. is located in the Green Valley industrial area in Tukwila. South 180th St. is an east-west collector arterial and is part of the Trans-Valley Corridor, connecting the Southcenter Parkway shopping district and further west to International Boulevard (SR-99) in SeaTac. To the east it connects with West Valley Highway (SR-181) and Valley Freeway (SR-167). Andover Parkway E. is a collector arterial that runs parallel to Christensen Greenbelt Park (north-south) between Tukwila Parkway and S. 180th St. through commercial industrial parks and large shopping malls near the Southcenter district. This intersection is on the King County Regional Arterial Network (RAN).
