116th Ave. N.E. at N.E. 124th St. is located within the City of Kirkland. 116th Ave. N.E. is a collector arterial that connects to the commercial and residential areas to the south of N.E. 124th St. and commercial, residential and park and ride lots to the North. N.E. 124th St. is a principal arterial route that connects the residential areas west of interstate 405 in the north end of Kirkland to I-405. N.E. 124th east of I-405 continues to the Totem Lake area and further to residential areas within unincorporated King County. This intersection is on the King County Regional Arterial Network (RAN).
