(Totem Lake Blvd.) at N.E. 124th St. is located within the City of Kirkland near the Totem Lake area. 124th Ave. N.E. is a north/south minor arterial that connects Totem Lake area to the large residential areas in the east part of the City of Kirkland. N.E. 124th St. is a principal arterial route that connects the residential areas west of interstate 405 in the north end of Kirkland to I-405. N.E. 124th east of I-405 continues to the Totem Lake area and further to residential areas within unincorporated King County. This intersection is on the King County Regional Arterial Network (RAN).
