Section of 284th Avenue SE to close near Enumclaw

The King County Road Services Division will close a short section of 284th Avenue Southeast near Enumclaw for three weeks beginning Aug. 26.

The county is making repairs to a bridge crossing Boise Creek that necessitates closing 284th Avenue over the bridge from 7 a.m. Monday, Aug. 26 to 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13.

The posted detour route is via Southeast 456th Street, 276th Avenue Southeast, and 472nd Avenue Southeast. Local traffic can travel beyond the detour limits to access their property on either side of Boise Creek.
