Section of 260th Avenue SE to close this week

The King County Road Services Division will close a section of 260th Avenue Southeast near Hobart for four days this week. It will be closed to through traffic from 7 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14.

The county is completing drainage work that necessitates closing that stretch of roadway between Southeast 216th Street and SE 224th Street.

Motorists can avoid the closure area by traveling via 244th Avenue Southeast or 276th Avenue Southeast.
