Bridge work to close 378th Avenue SE for 12 days

The King County Road Services Division will close a section of 378th Avenue Southeast near Snoqualmie for 12 days to make repairs to the Coal Creek Bridge. The bridge and roadway will be closed to through traffic from 7 a.m. Monday, Sept. 16 to approximately 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27.

The county is repairing the bridge supports and abutments, as well as upgrading the safety railing. The road will be closed between Southeast 82nd Place and Southeast 83rd place.

Motorists can avoid the closure area by traveling via Southeast 80th Street or Southeast 88th Street.
