Thanksgiving holiday will impact
Metro Transit bus schedules
Bus passengers should be aware of changes in Metro Transit’s bus schedules
on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 28 and 29.
Sunday schedules will be in effect on all Metro Transit bus routes on
Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 28. In addition, the Waterfront
Streetcar will not operate and the downtown transit tunnel will be closed.
Sound Transit Express service will also operate on a holiday schedule on
Thanksgiving Day.
On Friday, Nov. 29, the majority of Metro’s routes – including the
Waterfront Streetcar – will operate on a regular weekday schedule. However, the
following routes are canceled (all have alternative service): Routes 45, 46,
64, 76, 77, 78, 79, 133, 197, 202, 205, 272, 277, 304, 308, 311, and 370. Sound
Transit Express service will operate a weekday schedule on November 29.
All Metro customer service offices – including Rider Information – will be
closed on Thanksgiving Day only. Administrative offices and Accessible Services
offices will be closed on Nov. 28 and 29.
