Roads Maintenance — Technology Unit

The Technology Unit provides support to the Roads Maintenance Section by collecting, managing, and disseminating data, in various formats, to Roads Maintenance Section staff using a variety of technological solutions. The unit also provides a variety of technological support to both internal and external customers. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Data inventory mapping and condition ratings of the Maintained Roadway Inventory.
• Roads Maintenance Section’s Intranet/Internet Web maintenance.
• Mapping of 3D features from stereo aerial photography.
• Custom map production.
• Technology support.
• Special projects upon request.
