Transportation Concurrency Management Program

Concurrency Map and attachments effective June 22, 2007

An update of the Concurrency model takes place annually. This includes proposing an updated Level of Service Standards Status map for Council adoption. This year's model update involves the elimination of monitored (yellow) zones.

Below are the attachments to the Ordinance; changes were adopted by Council on June 11, 2007 and signed by the Executive on June 12, 2007. Its effective date is June 22, 2007.

Now available! Check what transportation concurrency zone your property is located in using the King County Geographic Information System Parcel Viewer. After you find your property pull up the "Districts Table" to see what zone number you are in.

To view the Acrobat .pdf files linked above you will need to use the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software.
