  • Zipcar (formerly Flexcar): Bus, Walk or Bike to work and then use Zipcar when you have an errand or appointment that requires a car. Zipcar has over 275 hybrids, pickup trucks and mini cooper convertibles, including 6 in Downtown Bellevue that members can use by the day or by the hour when they need some wheels. Gas, insurance, mileage, and monthly parking are all included in hourly and daily rates. Zipcar will pay In Motion participants’ annual fees for the first year—a $50 value!
