Congratulations! People in the Lake Forest Park community are lucky to live in a vibrant community that also has great access to transit, walking routes and bicycle trails. That’s why King County Metro Transit, the City of Lake Forest Park and Friends of Third Place Commons sponsored an official pilot project in 2004 to encourage healthier travel options like the bus, carpooling, bicycling and walking in Lake Forest Park. Although the project has ended, we hope your new travel habits will continue! We very much appreciate all of you who participated in the Lake Forest Park in Motion program, whether by joining Club Motion and pledging to make travel changes or just seeking more healthy travel information. All your efforts really added up to make a difference!
