  Here is a list of King County Department of Transportation projects that may disrupt traffic and travel in the coming weeks:

April 30, 2007

Preston-Fall City Road – Utility work is expected to start next week on Preston-Fall City Road between Southeast 47th Street and 328th Way Southeast. The road will be closed Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. starting Monday, May 7 for two weeks. There is also a project in the 7600 block that should be finished soon. The roadway remains open in that location.

North Fork Road – A remote section of the North Fork Road Southeast approximately 17 miles northeast of North Bend will be closed from 8 a.m. Wednesday, May 2 to 3 p.m. Friday, May 4 to study the condition of the soil supporting the road.
