Here is a list of King County Department of Transportation projects that may disrupt traffic and travel in the coming weeks:

June 4, 2007

Reinig Road – Reinig Road will be closed in two locations throughout the month of June for a series of culvert replacements. For the week of June 4-8, it will be closed from Southeast 79th Street to Southeast 81st Street. From June 8-30, it will be closed between Southeast 81st Street and 428th Avenue Southeast. Motorists can detour via State Route 202.

232nd Avenue Northeast – County crews will be replacing a culvert on 232nd Avenue Northeast in the Bear Creek area. The road will be closed between Northeast 150th Street and Northeast 147th Place from 7 a.m. Monday, June 4 to 4:30 p.m. Friday, June 8. Motorists can detour via Novelty Hill Road, West Snoqualmie Valley Road, and Woodinville-Duvall Road.

South Park Bridge – The bridge over the Duwamish River on 14th/16th Avenue South will be closed Saturday, June 9 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for electrical repairs to the draw span. Motorists can detour via the First Avenue South Bridge.

Alvord T Bridge – The Alvord T Bridge south of Kent will be closed for five hours from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, June 11 for an under-bridge inspection. The bridge is located over the Green River on Third Avenue at South 259th Street. Motorists can detour via Central Avenue.
