Here is a list of King County Department of Transportation projects that
may disrupt traffic and travel in the coming weeks: July 9, 2007
Baring Bridge – King County will be making repairs to the
Baring Bridge over the South Fork of the Skykomish River for
approximately three weeks beginning Monday, July 9. Work should be
complete by July 30. During the project, Northeast Index Creek Road will
be closed from 639th Avenue Northeast to 641st Avenue Northeast between
the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Traffic will be allowed to pass through
at the top of each hour, but motorists should expect long delays. Weather-related road closures can be found online.
