E-Working Papers Pilot Project
 

King County Superior Court and the  Superior Court Clerk’s Office have jointly developed a pilot project to test the electronic delivery of working papers (also called “courtesy copies”).  The pilot will encompass working papers for all types of motions scheduled before participating pilot judges listed below in civil and family law matters.  Commissioner calendars are not included in the pilot at this time.

If you are a party to a case assigned to one of the Judges below please see the Instructions and Procedure documents below for further information. 

This pilot begins on April 14, 2008.
