WORK LOCATION: Marymoor Park in Redmond, WA.
WORK SCHEDULE: This is a short-tem temporary position. This position works up to 40 hours per week, Shifts available between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Tuesday – Sunday. Flexible schedules available.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES: Collect parking fees from park patrons as the vehicles enter parking lots during special event. Manage and account for assigned change fund and cash collected each shift. Reconcile cash and parking ticket sales each shift. Move lot signs, traffic cones and other equipment in parking lots as needed, under direction of Parking Cashier Lead. Provide general event and park information to patrons.
QUALIFICATIONS: Basic math skills with an understanding of general cashiering procedures. Ability to use computer to perform timesheet entry. Ability to communicate well with a diverse range of customers. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to stand for up to three hours at a time, out of doors in various weather conditions.
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: An offer of employment will be contingent on successfully passing a background check, which includes criminal and driving histories. Verification of identity and United States work authorization must be completed before employment commences as required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act. Selected candidates must provide their own outerwear and footwear appropriate for the weather.
