King County Parks awarded the Backcountry Bicycle Trails Club a $48,000 Youth Sports Facility Grant to construct the Colonnade Mountain Bike Skills Course located under I-5 in Seattle. The bike course was built with thousands of hours of volunteer efforts and resulted in a truly unique recreational facility. We are partnering with BBTC to build a national caliber mountain bike skills park in King County’s Duthie Hill Park in 2008. The project was dedicated September 8th and is open to the public.
