Open Class Still Life Competition
|
Be more than a spectator at the 2008 King County Fair - be an important part of the event by entering the Open Class Competition. This competition is a great chance for everyone to compete with friends and neighbors in a variety of agricultural, horticultural, and arts and hobby contests. The 2008 King County Fair will run from Friday, July 18 through Sunday, July 20 at the Enumclaw Expo Center (formerly the King County Fairgrounds) in Enumclaw.
The Open Class Competition is the heart and soul of our Fair, and it’s one of the things that makes county fairs unique. It's also a great way for kids to learn basic skills like canning and sewing in a friendly yet competitive setting.
The Open Class Competition has something for everyone, with hundreds of competitive categories, including canned fruits, baked goods, weaving, clothing, painting, computer graphics, flowers, roses and grange displays.
There are no fees to enter. Awards are available in each category.
