We are looking for volunteers to help pot the native trees and shrubs at the King County Greenhouse in Maple Valley. We pot up thousands of native trees and shrubs that stay in temporary homes before they can be planted in parks, restoration projects, and forests in King County! These potted plants are than used throughout King County along the Sammamish, Green, Cedar, and Snoqualmie Rivers, and at numerous other restoration project sites. This is a great activity for all ages!!! Scouts, youth groups, families, churches, students, and all invited. Come enjoy getting your hands dirty. Please join us for a weeding event this Spring. Join us on a Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, or if you have a group that wants to work, give us a call to arrange an event.
