The Burke Gilman Trail is also currently being redeveloped through the City of
New Soos Creek Trail | Open August 6th!
The Soos Creek Trail has been extended north and more than half of the new trail's length was built on an innovative elevated deck atop steel pilings to protect wetlands and not interfere with wildlife. More information can be found by clicking here.

Widening to a section of the Sammamish River Trail (SRT) is underway. The paved trail will be widened to 12 feet as part of our ongoing improvements. Use will be restricted during construction, but the trail will remain open.

Systemwide trail improvements recently completed replacement of gates and installation of bollards to improve safety and user convenience along the Snoqualmie Valley Trail and Ceder River Trail.
