Corporate PartnershipsCorporate partnerships increase recreational opportunities without ongoing costs & help generate new revenue for operations & maintenance. The Partnership for Parks team listens carefully to citizens and community groups to ensure that corporate partnerships reflect the aesthetic and values of parks. A four-year voter approved levy currently funds about 50% of your parks system and is complimented by a more business minded approach to enacting efficiencies and generating revenue. Value from corporate partnerships is critical to filling a budget gap but also, we hope to build your trust that King County has a Parks system worth your support. The Partnership for Parks team aggressively pursues mutually beneficial agreements including: concessions, naming rights, event sponsorships, gifts & grants, marketing & advertising, utilities & lease agreements, public/private real estate development among many other projects.
