Related building permits for unincorporated King County

The following permits are NOT administered by DDES but may be required in addition to a building permit:

  • Plumbing and on-site septic systems
  • Electrical wiring
  • Elevators

Plumbing and on-site septic system permits

In unincorporated King County, permits that are required for gas piping, plumbing, and on-site septic systems for construction are administered and permitted by Public Health - Seattle & King County. Electrical wiring permits

Elevator permits
