Below are new advertised Consultant RFP's & RFQ's. Access RFP/RFQ number or hyperlink for more information. Addenda numbers marked with an asterisk indicate document cannot be obtained electronically.
Each Terms and Conditions (T&C) document represents the contract boilerplate that will be used for the indicated contract type in design (“E”) and professional service (“P”) contracts without alteration except for the County’s selection of appropriate alternate language. These T&C's will not be used for technical/non-professional services ("T") contracts.

- A&E Standard Contract Terms and Conditions (229KB PDF) (standard, non-federally funded, effective for all proposals received after January 18, 2008)
- A&E Work Order Contract Terms and Conditions (340KB PDF) (work order, non-federally funded, effective for all proposals received after March 22, 2008)
- Note: For federally funded procurements, County will use the 2008 A&E Standard Contract Terms and Conditions and include additional federal requirements.
The County will develop T&C's for other federally funded contracts when needed.
