General-purpose Special Use Permit requestsSpecial Use Permit application procedures:A Special Use permit is a permit for the use of County property in which King County has an ownership interest. The Special Use Permit is submitted in the form of a letter. There may be fees required for the processing, administration, land use, inspection, and plan review associated with the permit request. Additionally, there maybe a requirement to add King County as an additional insured on your insurance policy and/or bonding requirements to reduce King County exposure to liability and damage.
